a term used when describing an unbelievable (and usually unnecessarily loud) moron who wears white sunglasses and a livestrong bracelet and hangs out at the pool all day with his girlfriend drinking coors light or some other variation of beer one can buy in large quantities of aluminum cans. "nogmonster" is an elevated version of the term "douchenogger" which defines the same kind of person. nogmonster would describe a douchenogger who's way WAY over-the-top obnoxious.
