Et lortesvin er en person, som er et særdeles stort svin. Der ligger ikke nødvendigvis noget uhumsk i udtrykket, selvom det bestemt er muligt. A lortesvin (shit pig) is a person who is an extreme asshole. There isn't necessarily anything filthy about the expression, although this is certainly a possibility.
