A Pech Kiss refers to the action of violently slamming one's face/lips into an area of hard ground, possibly after a skate-boarding accident or football tackle. Sometimes abbreviated "Pechkis". ("Pech" is most likely a horribly lame reference to the stone-people race in Dungeons and Dragons)
