GOP/Tea Party propaganda term for uber-wealthy Americans. Typically used when Democrats suggest asking America's billionaires and corporate entities to shoulder their fair share of the tax burden. The thinking is that if you take away any of rich people's $$$, they will stop putting their money back into the economy (aka creating jobs). Unfortunately, these rich fuckers could care less about creating jobs, unless it's cheap overseas labor... and when they don't pay their taxes, America suffers.
