1. One who often enters an ongoing conversation or argument, saying nothing of value and often just repeating the stupidest/baseless/meaningless fucking thing they possibly can, usually also as loudly as possible. 2. One whom, after fufilling the first definition, uses the flimsiest god damn segue to steer (rape) the conversation into a totally different subject. 3. One who rapes someone, and attempts to make small-talk during the aforementioned rape.
