The point during a sexual encounter, when the male initiates sex and the female's immediate vocal responses become intimate as opposed to prior giggling and bullshiting around, i.e. foreplay. This is a term that my friends and I came up with and use frequently. It is a good word because noone has any idea what you are talking about.
