A Reakend is a weekend ritual for guys. You sit all day in your man cave (bedroom, basement, living room, etc.) and be completely lazy. This consists of playing video games most of the time, not showering, not changing clothes, and not being hygenic at all. The Guy-d-lines say you can leave to, jerk off, go to the store, bathroom breaks and have sex with your girlfriend. Girls may particapate in the Reakend but only with thier boyfriends, otherwise its just gross.
