Origin: Charlie Sheen- A term created to contradict the accusations of having Bipolar Disorder, in which he described his condition as "winning here, and winning there." This term may be used by sane, moral human individuals to describe, with much dismay, the undeserved success of someone who is clearly a bad person or completely insane that might find him/herself winning over masses of people or just receiving great general success in life despite these qualities. Generally stated as a joke, but with serious implications of misgiving of humanity.
