A made-up word used by people who purport to be climate change 'skeptics' (all while missing the point of skepticism is not to mindlessly debate, but rather make informed decisions based on available information) to describe anyone who claims to assert a relative degree of confidence that climate change is credible as a theory and is happening. Conveniently, the term also serves the purpose of demonstrating the users contempt for language, in addition to scientific consensus.
