Kitty pants are any sort of leg wear that contain a cat, the cat may be on the leg of the pant or on a back pocket or seat of the pant. They are frequently worn by virgins and substitute teachers and are often accompanied by a matching seasonal sweater. The cat(s) may be embroidered, printed, painted or applied by any means.
