TGME - The Greatest Match Ever This term was coined on 30th of March 2011, on the occasion of the mammoth made-in-hell semi final clash between Pakistan and India in the 10th edition of the ICC Cricket World cup. The battle ground was set at Mohali, India; the venue could easily be synonymous for a boiling pressure cooker. This match had all the makings of the greatest game of cricket the world had ever seen. Both of the teams had rivalry which dates back to 1947 A.D. A lot was at stake for this very clash and the winner would get the opportunity to feat in the World Cup Final against co-hosts Sri Lanka and have a chance to win the cup. The stakes couldn't have been any higher as arch rivals were equally pinned against each other and made sure all the talking before the game led to a cricketing hype never seen before.
