Generally conducted somewhere where many people are condensed into one area. E.g. Office, Malls, Food Courts. When someone, usually a Male, gets up from a seated position and slowly stares at the people surrounding him, then proceeds to walk slowly through the group of people, creepily staring at each as he passes, then retreats to a secluded area to be creepy solo. Creep walking is extremely effective if done whilst wearing headphones.
