"Get Blown" (G-et bl-ō-n) originated in Genoa Kingston High School by Fuckin Fencl and the "GB Crew". Get blown means to smoke some marijuana to get high. This is often screamed through the hallways in a funny voice. Even after the originating classes graduation, the legacy still lives on.
