A preteen, pimpled girl who sky-rocketed to Youtube and Internet meme fame after her notorious vid "Friday" came out on Friday, March 11th. Name now synonymous with awkward dancing, braces, preteens driving cars, and "We so excited"/other bad grammar use. Also means a girl attending a party while totally oblivious to the pedos (aka Usher 2.0) that are going to show up there (having driven to the party by switching lanes really fast).
