Rhetorical and horrible put together. Rhetorical questions aren't usually well-thought out or are people thinking aloud, thus to some degree not good or even horrible. Also, some rhetorical questions are used in a sarcastic (or even sometimes mean) manner. A person being snarky could be asking a question without requiring a response. Thus, a rhetorical, horrible question.
