Kleptonomy is a system of capitalism where the rich steal from the middle class and the poor and call this a good thing. To achieve kleptonomy, taxes are cut and social programs eliminated. Also, a kleptocracy is firmly established with the rich, to whom being rich requires any means necessary to amass additional wealth. Enough is never enough. Similar to Kleptocracy, which is a government or state in which those in power exploit national resources and steal; rule by a thief or thieves.
