noun- Slang for Moreno Valley, a city that is a haven for mudsharks, ghetto black dudes, convicted felons, sex offenders and other unpleasent forms of life. With plenty of "baby mamma drama" and illegals around, it is also a melting pot of STD's with Herpes being the most common. School children often get free lunch, with an approximently 85% receiving free lunch and an aditional 10% qualifying for reduced lunch. The remaining 5% are often made fun of by the other students with comments like "Why did you bring your own lunch foo?! Its free here!"
