A Leg And A Wing is a plaqyground game carried out by many youngsters. It involves at least 3 people. One lays down on the floor, another holds the persons arms and the third person holds the persons legs. They pick him/her up and swing them from side to side, or back and forth, chanting the following rhyme: A leg and a wing To see the king A 1, A2 A jolly good 3 On the count of 3, the two wingmen throw the person they are swinging and let go of their arms and legs.
