A really mean term used by the cast of "Jersey Shore". Jersey Shore has a cast that are narcissistic, bitchy, "full of themselves", aren't even good looking people, who probably has sex with hundreds of women and men (yes I'm talking about all eight of them), and aren't educated. A grenade is an ugly girl who hangs around a bunch of other girls.... some of the "grenades" they mention aren't even that bad looking. This term is the reason why girls and even guys have suck low self esteem and result to suicide or depression
