Little whispy bits of 'rolled' toilet tissue, generally found around the front and rear of female genitalia. Occasionally they can be found on male anus areas, poor or rushed hygiene and excessive sweating can make this worse. Resembles smaller and thinner than white rice grains, and becomes more like fried rice/brown rice, closer to the anus.
