Sandusky, Michigan--NOT to be confused with the more common Sandusky, Ohio--is a "city" in the thumb of Michigan. There are about 2,500 people living there and you don't have to be a redneck to live there. Some very civilized individuals live there. However, many use very interesting vocabulary. For example: -"warsh" instead of "wash" -"zink" instead of "sink" -"chimley" instead of "chimney" -"reef" instead of "wreath" Some people escape from this town and others simply don't. It depends on the kind of person you are. As far as simplicity goes, life is very simple there. It is a very kind community, for the most part, and everyone knows everybody. In a sense, it is comforting but in another, it gets kind of annoying. Either way, Sandusky has it's little charms and growing up there is quite the experience. :)
