Penn state is basically a collection of fuck-ups. Every convicted felon and rapist putting in for college consider this university among their top 3. Penn state acts like a seive so as to not allow any fuck-ups into other, wholesome universities. Students often brag of legendary coaches and awesome football programs but are constantly let down. Only one question matters: How many National titles has Penn State won? The answer is of course; zero.
