The classic composition style of the mid-60's TV holiday "specials" molded by the Rankin/Bass Production Company. Most well known of this style of animation would be "Rudolph the Red-nosed Reindeer", "Little Drummer Boy", "Frosty the Snowman" and "The Year Without a Santa Claus". This craze was sadly replaced in the 1970's by Mr. Bill, a technological leap into the Clay-mation future.
