When talentless rappers use echos of one word to make it seem like their lyrics are less retarded. Echo rap is most often played at crappy clubs for retards who can barely remember the chorus, so the lyrics don't even matter. Most commonly produced by: Little Wanker, Douchey Mane, and Rihanna. Often echo rap contains the words shawty, shots or bling in the lyrics.
