"It's a sure thing." Adapted from a phrase coined by Pittsburgh Penguins coach Dan Bylsma. Originally used to inform the team that goaltender Marc-Andre Fleury was starting a game, it has since been used to indicate when something is a guarantee. Works best when there is a slight pause before being uttered.
