(Noun) When a person uses sexual behavior to create interpersonal leverage. Usually refering to the giving or withholding of sex to gain favor in a situation. Typical of women, but men are capable to use this tactic as well. Can also be used to describe the tactics of overtly sexual behavior or dress in public places, used to influence the crowd.
