When a stoner's mind (a mild or heavy marijuana smoker) is still being affected by the thc from the marijuana that remains in their system even after getting high. The effects of pothaze are usually very mild for a stoner and occur while you are technically sober, and continue until a month or so after complete cessation. Some people refer to this as withdrawl, but the sensation of Pothaze can usually be described as mellow and calming. Pothaze could be considered a changed form of mindset... with or without even a hint of stress.
