To "pull a 'lisa buckingham'" is to attempt to sabotage one person's relationship with another (whether platonic or otherwise) usually by creating a false identity or situation in which the ability to damage the aforementioned relationship or the self confidence of one or both persons involved is obtained, however fails miserably, resulting in an outcome that is quite the contrary to original intent.
