Slutty Bitch; To be an asshole; To describe a state of emotion and/or behavior: To be a slutty bitch to your friend that shares the cube wall with you at work and has to sit next to you all day, every day, forever proabably-and for no reason- yet its gotta be justified because its one of those bullshit issues that make you want to go home and consume massive amounts of alcohol and end up in your own vomit and piss and tears; but you cant. So, instead, you're just goig to 'be a slutty bitch today'. Also can be used as a valid excuse- however this can only be with a good friend.. i.e; "Hey- wtf ! You were supposed to meet me for drinks after work and you never showed u?!" ..."Dude- Im sorry- I know- Im a slutty bitch-" also known as/ interchangable with: SB); (Slutty B); (Slutty Bizzle)
