Stealing from someone or ripping off of someone, modifying the original (in the case of ripping off stuff), and then insulting the person and demanding compensation for ripping them off/stealing in the first place. Comes from Judith Griggs, editor of Cooks Source magazine, who plagiarised a blog article (along with several other sources in nearly every issue), and when asked for an apology and small compensation, insulted the original author, claimed that the internet is public domain, and stated that the author should pay her for "editing" her original work.
