A "Meeper" is a person/persons that completely sucks at the (MMORPG) game runescape and has to play "RuneScape" private servers to compensate for their failed ability in "MMORPG" gaming. Most "MMORPG" players replace the word n00b with meeper because it tends to be more insulting. In the gaming world "meeper" is scum the lowest of the low and the the noobieist's of noobs.
