A wraith is someone who is obsessed with getting together with another individual which is usually someone who either constantly messes them about or just doesn't feel the same way. This obsession causes them to either reject other possible partners altogether or to just use them while still hoping to get together with the other person meaning they in turn also end up messing other people about. Wraiths can never find true happiness with someone else until they accept that things will never work out with the object of their obsession and finally move on which makes them almost like empty shells.
