When software assumes you want, or typically forces you into, maximum bells and whistles upon first install/upgrade and potentially even restricts you from shutting down said options/bloatware that it has acquired over years of unnecessary releases that add junk instead of real value. The act of trying to force a software user to conform to the developer's ways of imagining the software should be used.
