A street slang word used for "Cocaine". It was started to be used in the mid 90's among most suburban areas outside of NYC. It was derived from a few songs by the Notorious B.I.G. where he says the phrase, "Frank White". B.I.G. wasn't using it in the same context of cocaine but, it was known that B.I.G. was a drug dealer in the streets of Brooklyn who did in fact sell cocaine.
