What happens a few weeks into school for a lot of girls. Skipping breakfast, having a small lunch (i.e. granola bar), and having a small, quick dinner or none at all. Frequently school diet sufferers actually forget to eat for days at a time. Similar to anorexia. Makes you tired, but has the benefit of weight loss.
