Cap and Trade is a corporate program to help reduce co2 emissions by 2050. It works by the government giving away permits to large companies that make a huge amount of the co2 emissions. By the time this plan is over, emissions will be reduced by 80 percent. But, there are a huge amount of things wrong with this plan.
