An extremely nasty individual, so awful they can only be described in one word that is a combination of a witch, a bitch and a snatch. One day and friend and I were talking about someone we didn't really like and all 3 of the these words (witch, bitch and snatch) just came slurring out of our mouth at the same time. So we coded the word wiznatch and have used it ever since.
