A roganverdon is a Swedish sexual position when a man is making love to a woman, wheelbarrow-style, with the man standing and the woman's legs in the air and her hands on the ground. The man then kicks the woman gently with alternating legs in an attempt to make her walk on her hands, similar to coaxing an ox to move.
