An attitude best described in the statement that "things don't have to be perfect, they just need to be good enough". It can be manifested at school, work, or in everyday activities - especially when doing things you don't enjoy and don't want to waste your time on. It may be considered the opposite of perfectionism. A person displaying this attitude - i.e. doing things "good enough" and paying no more attention to them than needed - is called a goodenoughist. It is mostly used in a positive sense about oneself, and in a negative sense about others.
