Function: noun Etymology: American from democrat- + -illion (as in million) Date: 2010 1 -- a number followed by so many zeros that no numerical terminology has yet been coined to describe it -- commonly referred to by Democrats. 2 -- a number, when preceded by "$", finds its way into any Democrat-sponsored bill or proposal, thereby forecasting the actual cost to Americans. 3 -- a number that is always referred to when estimating the number of people who will supposedly benefit from any Democrat-sponsored brain-fart proposal.
