A term used in kitchens to describe someone as someonelse's longterm 'bitch' during any part of kitchen operations. Although more commonly used between men, men can be the Kitchen Wife of a Female co-worker as well. However strangely enough when in reference from a man to a woman it could also delineate a bond of friendship or trust.
