A term/phrase for a dear acquaintance or friend that states them to be so mind-boggingly awesome at life that they can't be compared to or degraded by typical stereotyping generics who try to push their self-esteem down despite the fact that they're short. Name is fashioned from the old Jap classic 'Godzilla'. The 'Chappi' portion of it was fashioned as an original concept 'Chappi' it sounds chibi-ish. In layman's terms: A short dood of whose mere life is radical despite their height.
