Internet Explorer is an insidious web browser that comes installed on Microsoft operating systems. It crashes all the time and then annoys you with prompts asking if you want to send error reports. It also has a lot of security vulnerabilities, and using it is the easiest way to get a virus, trojan, or other malware. As if that weren't bad enough, Internet Explorer is so integrated into the system that removing it can cause major problems.
