A way to break up your sleep cycles by taking a short 3-4 hour nap in the afternoon and one in the early morning. For example, getting home from work, sleeping from 6pm-9pm and then staying up all night and sleeping from 4am to 7am. Compatible with most schedules, the only thing that requires a small change is when you eat dinner. This meal can typically be had around midnight, creating a 12 hour time span between lunch and dinner, and making night and day schedules congruent.
