A seemingly miraculous break in an otherwise impenetrable line of thunderstorms. A certain airline dispatcher working for a large regional airline finds a break in the weather that no other living dispatcher can see. It is told through legend that when looking at a radar screen Chito can use his magic vision to sense a hole between storms. When questioned about the accuracy of these weather anomalies he responds “I’m looking at it right now and it looks good”.
