- A Phail Quail is an 'animal' drawn with 3 different colour pens (preferably black, red and blue) in the following way: it has a large, roughly circular body connected to a thin, but still visible head with an eye and straight mouth. It has two minute feet and 2 wings. (all of the previous is preferably red). It then has a visible kidney (preferably black) with two blood vessels (preferably blue). The animal itself is extremely Phail, especially when drawn with ASCII on a ground. - The Phrase "Phail Quail" can be used as an adjective, adverb, noun or verb to mean very fail.
