Eastern View High School (EVHS) is a high school in Culpeper, Virginia. It shares districts with Culpeper County High School (CCHS). Their mascot, the cyclones, is unlike any other mascot around. EV is in the Battlefield district of Virginia. Eastern View has many athletic teams including: Junior Varsity (JV) and Varsity (V) Football, Cheerleading, Baseball, Softball, Wrestling, Track, Cross Country, Tennis, Basketball, Field Hockey, and LaX. The construction for Eastern View High School began in 2006 and continued for two years. The school opened in the fall of 2008. There is an annual rivalry game against CCHS. This is normally a pre-season game and the profits are used for a charity, which varies every year. This school now holds around 1,200 students. The head principal, since the opening of EVHS in '08, is Mr. Roger Mello.
