Noun (pronounced 'pee-jay-eff') 1. A drunk person that is always funny, positive and lively. In contrast to a depressing or angry drunk. 2. An individual (typically male) that is funnier than your average drunkard when intoxicated, even for sober companions. Particularly related to the consumption of Wray and Nephews Rum. Might be short for Particularly Jovial when Fucked, but this is a matter of debate in the areas the acronym derives from, around London, Oxford and the South East of England.
