Quornchiladas made using ground Quorn instead of hamburger & you cannot tell the difference. Prepare enchiladas as you normally would & substitute ground Quorn for hamburger, top with lots of yummy cheese & traditional enchilada sauce. Ground Quorn is a protein that is not animal or vegetable based. Quorn is a fungus and therefore not animal or vegetable, although bichemically similar to animals on the cellular level, so is a good source of nutrition and you feel good about eating it.
