Can have any of the following closely related meanings: 1) A paraphilia in which an adult's primary sexual attraction is towards prepubescent girls. 2) More generally, any sexual or romantic feelings or desires directed towards prepubescent girls. 3) Any sexual act by an adult towards a prepubescent girl.
